don't rock bottom, just listen just slow down...

Sheets Of Clay

There was definitely a cover in there somewhere too. He said the songwriter's name. That's the one I wish I could remember.

You're right. I think dapguitar knows

That last song started with an S and maybe had the word Fog at the end. Robb may have posted that he played it while he was out with TbT. I know someone did. Sorry I can't remember the exact title. My memory is fuzzy as usual.

Nope, it was called Sleepy Lagoon. It's amazing how I've learned who to go to at 2:30 in the morning for assistance on urgent setlist questions about songs most of us have never heard.

Glad I could help despite never actually hearing the song!
some get stoned, some get strange, sooner or later it all gets real.

Hi folks,

Sorry for just chiming in - I tried to spend the weekend away from the computer and am just playing catch up now on most emails and whatnot. It was so much fun to meet all the wonderful Roll Callers at 12 South Taproom and then hang out at the show. The show was incredible and the album makes a lot more sense seeing it live. I can't wait till the album comes in the mail! Below is Carl's set list from the show:

1) Carried Away
2) Enough
3) Questions
4) On the Case
5) Carl played a new song he wrote
6) Carl played a cover by Ron Sexman called God Loves Everyone
7) Retired
8) Carl played another new song

Carl's set was phenomenal. It just doesn't get any better when it comes to a solo act and his new songs were fantastic.

This has probably already been mentioned, too, but the encore was not what was listed in the set list. The enocre was as follows:

1) Wonderful (Jim solo)
2) Touch me part 1 (full band + Carl)
3) Touch me part 2 (full band + Carl)
4) Victory Dance

Ron Sexsmith, check him out, he's great

Thanks for the great reports everyone!    So glad to hear the show was great, and the peeps had a good time!

I haven't watched the videos but based on pics,  Ratterman didn't play drums?    What did he play?     Were the Jacket songs pretty straight forward or did the different band bring anything new to them?
I'm digging, digging deep in myself, but who needs a shovel when you have a little boy like mine.

Ratterman played guitar and some kind of midi sampler thing. He also left all his pocket change out on his table. The Jacket songs were pretty straightforward. It helped that Carl was there too, I'm sure. He played on most of the Jacket songs that were played, maybe all of them. I can't remember.

I notices Rattermans dollar bills too.

Carl played what seemed to be Jim's parts in Touch me 1, 2, and Victory dance, and Ratterman played Carls parts. I know that seems dumb, but I swear thats what happened. And also, Ratterman played some percussion on a different MIDI pad during the 3 man drum solo of Dear One.

Absolutely. I forgot about that drum solo! So much to take in that I forgot that!

I think Ratterman was playing Jim's part on TMIGTS cuz it seems I remember Jim & Carl kinda stalling waiting for him to come in on what is normally the flying V part...if that makes sense.

Thanks Fully. Tried to post this earlier with much difficulty(operator error).
I have about 3 minutes of TM PT.1 I will try to post later.
My heart pumps away for your loving touch, My Sweet Juls. You know I never, I Never Could Get Enough

That makes sense that this is your video. I wish we had met Friday night. I was over on the other side.

I'm not sure what this is, but I can't see it. I signed in to my drop box account and it wouldn't let me see it. Is it a picture or a video. Tell me what you are trying to do and I'll help you.

Fully

I don't think dropbox will work. If you put them on facebook, you can copy the url and paste them in or you can put them on a site like photobucket and then click the photo button up above. The paste the url in there. Or you can email them to me and I'll post them for you.

timescaper

I didn't get any full songs but I did get a few cool clips of Carl and Wonderful - the audio rocks!

Here you go - MamaKel was right near my ear when Carl carried her away as you can hear

Great times though - so nice to hang out with everyone at 12 south - I included a picture of the bears in the vid.  Thanks Doug for the ride!

Switch to 1080p :-)
