They just called me and said if I meant to purchase a ticket to Nashville then I am all set...

And now my order date on my ticket order which did say the 3rd now says the 2nd...which is the correct date...gotta give them credit for trying, i know a lot of people may think if they knew what they were doing in the first place this wouldn't happen but o well...thanks ground control

I was very impressed with how well they've improved the "fix the fuckup " aftermath. It's much better than the last time. This time without even calling me they changed my ticket to the Nashville show instead of the Asheville show (I can see how someone misread this). Then they sent me an email. I could have just replied but I only bought one ticket and in the email it said that I had purchased two. The guy I talked to on the phone was very nice and helpful. This is something they do well. Truthfully, I didn't even mind spending over an hour clicking and reclicking the ticket to try to buy it. I had a nice conversation with scosby, ewind, deidrad, and a couple of people I've never met on the forum but are roll call members.  I've noticed that there are people who prefer to post on the roll call message board but never come here and post (unless they have a completely different name over here), I've always wondered why they don't come join us here.
