I wish they would release some of the Sly and the Family Stone stuff they did with Larry Graham.  I think that was the point where my mind seriously left my body.
My heart can't wait to meet you on the other side.

I'm hoping they do that on the next one. They've been teasing it the last two eps. I can't decide if Larry wore that white outfit the entire time they rehearsed or he has more than one. Perhaps he and Jim have more than music in common- unwashed clothes or multiple outfits that are identical.

I think they are leading up to it - I loved the whole thing but those songs were the highlights for me.  I still can NOT believe you guys got to experience all of that from the rail.

Thank You!!!  Bang a Gong was every bit as fun and awesome as I remembered it.  Can't wait to watch the rest later.

That was hilarious!!  The Larry Graham stuff was great too.

I liked seeing how excited/nervous Billy Idol was about doing this. After that long of a career, this was out of his element just enough to be new to him. He was a highlight of the show. Also very interesting to see how Larry Graham worked with them to get this Sly and the Family Stone songs together. That was definitely a highlight of the show for me. Of course Love Train still brings me joy all over when I remember the tent all joining hands. Those moments last forever. I'm glad I got to share that show with Devil Ledbetter, DylannD, Whippy, Ms Y, and Scosby2 and everyone in that tent.

Angelo

I can't get over how every single one of these videos can be that good. This looks like it was a blast!

It was, Angelo. Nine months later and it is still a huge highlight for me.
