Does anyone remember about what time soundcheck was?

If I remember correctly it started sometime around 3-3:30. It was certainly a great surprise.

Thank you very much.  I don't know if they'll do anything the same way, but if there is a soundcheck I want to be there.

Yup - between 3 and 4 - they played I'm Amazed and Golden (and then played in same order on night 3)

My wife and I were at lunch by the big pool when we heard the first few riffs - we just looked at each other, stood up and ran to the stage (it's ok to dine and dash when there's no bill!)

We walked up to the rail and watched with about 100 other lucky folks - then after they finished, we walked back between the stage and the building they band stays in and the guys were casually walking back at the same time - we said hi, they said hi and we all went back to relaxing

so did they do I sound check each night?  And were there different songs for each night or were they the same?

I believe there was just the one soundcheck in the afternoon on Day 1. They played 'I'm Amazed' -> 'Golden' which they also played, in that order, on the last night during the show (which is what I believe millerjustin was referencing).

One soundcheck for MMJ.  The Flaming Lips soundchecked for a long time the afternoon of their show.

Same for us. We are actually in the hot tub way over by building one. we jumped out and ran over. Could not believe there were not more people there for it. I assume the music at the pools were blocking it out. I don't think we will be that lucky this year.
