I had planned on going but am travelling to Boston that evening. It's a shame. I'll catch him next time.

And as for Saturday I'm game for anything. Might meet some old friends, might just hang out at a bar, might camp out on the rail. No idea yet. I'm staying close to the festival grounds so I'll be in the general area the whole time.

Really the only band (St. Vincent & Ben Harper aside) I've heard of is Run the Jewels, who is made up of Killer Mike and El-P. I don't think I've heard their music but they highly acclaimed.

So I might be going solo..hard to convince any of my friends to fork over $100 for 90 min of mmj, but the need to see them live will be too much to resist I think I'll have to go

tell them to buy their tix the day before or day of. They will be $50. Also tell them it's worth $100 anyway.

I'm not familiar with anybody else besides Ben Harper on Saturday but I got the day off, looks like I'm flying solo, anybody rocking the vip section? If so have you been there before his close to the stage are you? Not sure if I wanna just get there round 7 for mmj only or rock out solo all day haha

First Jacket show since Bangor, ME 2011. Loving The Waterfall and I can't wait.

Only will be there Saturday, which is kind of a bummer as I'd love to see Jason Isbell again and Pixies, but MMJ are who I want to see the most so it's okay.

We are getting to Boston between 12-1PM on Sat., checking into our B&B at the marina, grabbing lunch in the North End and then heading over to the festival later afternoon. Only really want to see St. Vincent, BH and MMJ.... Can't wait!
