Insane show! Short but intense. I've never ever heard it so quiet during dondonte. So different than the states. Band was loving it - hard to explain but seemed like it was a venue were people get season tickets to. No one left....

Intense but intimate show in a great venue, open air with stars and trees.
They Ran and Knot were real treats, also good to see the band very into it esp Carl and Tom

What an interesting ending to the main set : outta the delirium abyss of Dondante's octave pedal madness and segued low and slow into a Bermuda Highway coda....

They're so fucking inventive. ..every show is a treasure

Anyone spot any tapers?  Someone recorded the Oct, 2011 show in Antwerp.....still one of my favorite shows to listen to.  Fingers crossed that a recording of this recent show surfaces!!

I can't stop thinking about that place.   Seems like there should be a major market for this size outdoor venue.    Not that something currently outdoors at that capacity doesn't exist but it could be done better.   OK, who will be my financial backer?!?   ;)
