Nice!  I was in the same boat a week or two ago.  I'm certain we made the right call.   While listening to the OBH boots yesterday and smiling about how great they are, I thought it necessary to see this band as much as humanly possible.

Looking for 2 pit tix before I have to go to StubHub. Help a super fan out!

Murph

So thanks to Angelo, I'll be in the Pit Row 5 for this show!  Are there any pregame/tailgating meetups happening?  I haven't been down to Camden since a DMB show about a decade ago.

joey_rogo

I'd be down for a pregame meetup. I expect to spend most of my time on the philly side and take the ferry across and back for the show.

I went to this venue a couple years back to see Iron Maiden. The ferry will operate for 30 minutes after the show ends. LOTS of people will be taking the ferry after show so don't dilly dally too much afterwards if you are trying to get back to philly.

I'm sure we'll be having a tailgate get together pre show. We'll get the phone chain going as to where in the lot that'll be. No telling as of yet what time the lot opens or where they'll direct us.  Hopefully we'll be able to get into the main one closest to the entrance.

Everything I'm reading says that it's a complete nightmare trying to get out of the parking lots in Camden after the show.  Do you think it's easier/faster to park in Philly and take the ferry?  Parking in Camden is also $30, so i'm guessing it wouldnt be much more expensive to do the Philly/ferry thing also... Any advice would help as I'm driving down solo from NY and heading back right after

Don't quote me, cause I dont want to be blamed.. haha
But I have been to a plenty of shows there and none of which have been that bad to get out of there.
Also the Gold Cup Finals is that Sunday in Philly, and if the U.S. is in it, it will most likely be a nightmare in that whole Camden/Philly area regardless.
I'm going to that show and having anxiety already.
Plus the drive I'm making from Jersey to Maryland (through philly) the next day should be awesome! 👍

Murph, I've always had friends that I've stayed with in and around Philly/Camden so I never drive directly to the shows there. This time I'll be driving to philly, but I'm staying in a hotel with a parking spot with my name on it. I can't remember how much the ferry cost. Might not be worth your troubles. If I were you I'd say F it and park at the venue.

Angelo

I would definitely park at the venue. I've been to a few shows at Camden and have always parked at the venue with no problems.

You got it Murph. It's pretty much like any other lot for getting out. If you park near an exit, you'll get out quicker but have a further walk to the venue, and back. Even if it takes a little while to leave, it shouldn't be all that bad.

I'm sure we'll be having some type of pre show lot get together. As soon as I know anything about that, I'll post, and hopefully we can hang for a few.

So I have two tickets to this show that my friend was gonna buy but now they can't go.  I bought these while still living in Philly but have since relocated to Chicago...anyway...2 tickets, Section 104, Row Y.  Aisle seats, 1&2.  I paid $123 for both with fees, but I'm offering both for $100 and I'll ship.  Let me know!
