Ticket Transfer through Ground CTRL Help?

Just wondering if any one has transferred names on will call tickets purchased through the grounctrl website. I have a pair of tickets to the Milwaukee Show on the 21st and I have a wedding to attend. I would hate to have to waste these tickets...any help or guidance would be appreciated. I live in Chicago..

You might find out when they will be available at the box office.  You might be able to pick them up a day or two before the 21st.  Not sure how close you are to Milwaukee.
