God will forgive them. He'll forgive them and allow them into Heaven.....I can't live with that.

I plan to get started filling in some of the holes of the later stuff this winter so we can stuff that archive full of mmj!

Is one of those holes last November's show in Chicago with the orchestra?  Or possibly Jim's show at the Rud earlier this year, I think it was in June?

Sorry, I don't have either one of those... the Rud show will supposedly become available in a long 7 months from now. It was recorded but Jim asked that it not be distributed.
Let's hope Jim, Ron and Sara E will release the whole show as an additional benefit for the Rud to keep it's doors open.

Quotethere's really not that much to it guys. All thanks should be directed to the tapers and most importantly to the band for playing it and allowing tapers to tape it.

Thanks so much for this.  I have been dying to hear it.
If you don't know for yourself, how could you ever know for me....

What a great show!!!  Makes me wish we still had the unplugged series.

Does anyone know if this will be made available on film at all?  I've seen some proshots of the metallica performance.

Usually, the Bridge School makes nothing available from the shows, even though they record both audio and video of the show.  That changed last year when they started releasing "Bridge School Collections" on iTunes, but their selection of songs is questionable and far from comprehensive.

They've never made video available.  However, Metallica seemed to break all the rules this year:  they offered their fans in their fan club a presale opportunity for tickets and they recorded the shows and put them up for download on livemetallica.com.  I've never seen any other band in the last ten years of Bridge get such priveleges.  Even bands that have played Bridge several times, like Pearl Jam and DMB, have never done such things.

I'm curious to find out where you saw the pro-shot Metallica?  Is it being offered by the band or is it bootleg?
