I just got back home to Vancouver.
Absolutely EPIC two night stand for MMJ.
No repeats.
War Begun into I Will Sing is out of this world.
Phone Went West was huge.
Masterplan and Off The Record were great.

The band is just firing on all cylinders, true improvisation, long meandering stretches. There are times where they are literally playing for over 20 minutes no breaks. Carl and Jim soloing together in time was nuts. Jim looks confident as ever. Wore glasses entire shows pretty sure. His guitar playing looks effortless. Amazing lights, stage show.

What an incredible weekend. Gorgeous weather, great people, insane band.

I have lots of good pics and vids that will pop up later.

WOULD LOOOOOOOVE TO SEE THEM!!!

This is making me so fucking excited that I've got tickets for their show in 3 DAYS!!!!

IM SO FUCKING EXCITED!!!! EVERY NIGHT'S SETLIST (barring Keller show, although that still looked good) HAS BEEN FUCKING INSANE!!!

Just thought I would mention that if anybody bought one of the "band signed" deluxe die cut Waterfall LP's from the shows in Seattle:

You might want to count those signatures.

They merch bros said they had sold at least 5 before I pointed out that Patrick didn't sign any of them for some reason. Same thing the next night.

Both shows absolutely blew me away. Some of the best live music I've ever witnessed. If anyone got a decent bootleg of either night, I would be eternally grateful for a link!

Holy shit you guys!  All the vids and photos look awesome.  Can't wait for Austin and Boston.  Thanks for sharing, everyone!

I sure hope so. I know I didn't was in such shock when it started just wanted to listen.
I can tell you this they definatly made it a Jacket song.
I'm still wrapping my brain around how great those two nights were, band was on fire, crowd was into it.
And by the way Dave Mattews was sitting right behind me Friday night. Not that I'm a fan but glad to know he was a fan of MMJ
