LOST Port Chester shows!!

Hello! A while back I had pre-ordered all three nights of the port chester shows through the live downloads website, and downloaded it once it was posted on the site. However, since then the hard drive on my lap top has crashed and i didn't have any sort of back up of the files ! When I initially downloaded it was in a part of the website called "My Stash" so i assumed that it would still be there and I could re download it, unfortunately this was not true, it is nowhere to be seen and can't figure out or remember any other way to redownload them without having to buy them again! Is there any one out there also buy these shows that can help me out or know what I can do? I emailed the site already, but they were no help, basically told me to make sure i was logged into the same account I used to download them...
