I'm planning on taping at least one show this year at some venues I've never been to.  If I get stopped at the door by venue security, who can I ask for to get the "official" policy and get let in.  Is there a specific sound person?
Many thanks,
Ryan

go to radiocity.com and email them... i emailed them about bringing in a poster tube and they called me a day or two later, just make sure you give them your phone number in the email.

EDIT: sorry... i read it as if you were talking exclusively about the RCMH show.... not sure for other venues.
The wind blew me back, via Chicago, in the middle of the night.

It took me a while to find this but here is about the best I could find... print this off and take it with you. They'll always offer you to take your rig back to your car. I've ran into problems like these with taping gear as well as large cameras. I started printing off emails showing that I had asked the band and whatnot.
