check out Jesse Sykes and the Sweet Hereafter.  i can't think of any titles by them right now because of sleep debt and midterms but i love Jesse so phsychedelc folky awesomeness.

Crocodiles.  They've been around since '09.  Not sure if you would call them psychedelic, but kinda?  And I saw them open up for The Horrors that year.  Didn't think they were still around, but they are.  Have a new album out.  And digging this song a lot called "Crybaby Demon"

Crocodiles (from San Diego) are good stuff!!  I like these guys a lot.  Remind me of the Jesus & Mary Chain.
