Tonight blew last night away.
On paper I'd probably pick last nights set list just bc Dondante and PWW plus Purple Rain... But the energy tonight was OUTRAGEOUS!!!

Both nights were incredible in different ways...but the 1-2-3 of Steam Engine->Run Thru->Dancefloors to close the regular set is damn hard to beat

Some of my favorite moments though were the quieter songs. Bermuda Highway last night and I Will Be There When You Die tonight.

Really looking forward to hearing these shows again someday. All in all one of the best musical experiences ever. Iroquois was the perfect venue to see them in and I don't know if we ever will get to do that again.

I'm very grateful to have been there.

Just got into St. Louis after two raucous nights.  Thank you Louisville you never disappoint!

Well I'm very jealous of these two shows. Stupid anniversary weekend!

Last night was everything.  I can't right now put thought into words but I do know that that was an experience that could never be replicated.

Towski

The monster with the tongue was amazing.  I couldn't take my eyes off him at the end.

Last night was the best MMJ I've ever been to. I've seen some that I thought were hard to top but last night was just unbelievable. It went by so fast too.

thank you for the videos, Mr. White :)

i'm clearly in the minority, but front-to-back I preferred Thursday to Friday. probably because 5 of the first 7 songs last night are on my "could do without" list.  and I left my jacket in the car, so I was freakin' cold at first.

but from "golden" on, it was pure bliss. 2 more prince songs! fantastic venue, fantastic crowd, best rock n' roll band on the planet.

Young Americans!

The fact that my heart's beating is all the proof you need.

I don't see how they could play again tonight after all they gave the last two nights!

Pulled the pop up in the driveway about 4:30 yesterday and have had time to decompress two amazing shows!!!

Hard for me to pick a favorite night because both nights had some major highs for me so I'm not going to.

One thing for certain, I just love the energy from the crowd for hometown shows. These were my 3rd and 4th hometown shows and I would have to say they rank 1 and 2!!!

I did see a mic stand Friday night right in frond of the soundboard so I'm hoping at least night two will show up on Archive. Didn't notice any Mocs Thursday but I didn't really look that hard for any either!

Saw mic stand Thursday, a few rows in front of sound console.

Both nights were just blistering!! It Still Moves was covered pretty heavily but that Anytime was what I'd been waiting for. Not to mention an energetic, shortened Cobra. Great crowd, great setlists, and the band was really taking some of the longer jams into strange territory; Dondante and PWW the first night were so powerful!

LowDownLuvDawg

I thought both sets were some of the Pinnacle Jacket.  Throwback into those first block of songs on Thursday night were just simply rocking full blown jacked up jacket sing along.  I looked at my buddy and said I have never been around a crowd this into a show.  I always make an effort to go to the Louisville shows because it seriously is some of the best music and crowd experiences I have ever had at concerts.  Oh man the first night when the band stopped.  The crowd screamed for almost a minute straight before they kicked back in....so badass.  Night 2 highlights for me were run thru,  I thought state of the art was awesome. Loved the power go out part with the lights. And of course Cobra and the covers.   It was just the perfect jacket two night stand.  I have never been to Iroquois and it's definitely on the radar now for upcoming events!
