Refund for ISM Reissue?

I'm a bit confused.  I just got an email saying a refund had been issued for my purchase of ISM.  I pre-ordered waay early.  Anyone else?

If you ordered through Amazon they have "pre-order protection" so if the price drops down from what you pre-paid then they refund the difference.

What he said...  I got a refund on both the vinyl and CD when the price dropped.  Currently, the 4xLP is $40.89 w/free shipping for Prime members.
