I'm on dialup at the house and here at work I got my balls busted once before for downloading an MMJ video on BT, so I try to limit the D/L'ing to browser fed stuff.

Sean, you need to download a bit torrent client.  I use utorrent.  
http://www.utorrent.com/
Then hit the torrent link on the first link at bt.etree.

You will need flac frontend as well to decode the flac file into wave file.  http://flac.sourceforge.net/download.html
