Unbelievable show last night.

Setlist here:  http://www.setlist.fm/setlist/jim-james/2016/turner-hall-ballroom-milwaukee-wi-13fbb199.html

The encore began with a cover that I never thought I would experience live from Jim, which was George Harrison's "All Things Must Pass."

Hoping that someone got a recording of that.. it was stunning and beautiful.

Wow!!  I'm sure that was amazing. His times they are a changing cover was most powerful as well.

I hope video of ATMP surfaces.

Jim loves Milwaukee and spoke about loving walking around town and feeling the same sorta Ghosts as LOO'ville and compared the cities and said he must of lived there in a previous life...
And then did something amazing that Stevie mentioned.

He played a song I'll probably never get to see again and thought I would never see.

"ALL THINGS MUST PASS"- (George Harrison)
It was one of the biggest Holy Shit momoents I've had at Jim/MMJ show ,and I've had a few. It is a beautiful song, and was beautifully done. Thank you Jim.

I will carry the memory of seeing you with just an acoustic guitar and your voice playing that song for the rest of my days.

PS- there were a couple tapers, so I assume it will surface relatively soon.

PPS- Setlist.fm says "All Things Must Pass" was a live debut! Can someone confirm?
Them that don't know him won't like him and them that do, sometimes won't know how to take him

Woody

I can't wait to hear this. George passed 15 years ago today. Thank you Jim!
