Wonderful Union questions for JJ tix

I purchased JJ Tix for NY & Philly. I don't know how, but my NY tix are Will Call ( which I never do) The Philly tix are being delivered.

When I bring up my receipts on the MMJ website, it doesn't indicate either the venue or date of show. So how do I know?

Also, I unfortunately can't make the shows. They will not let me change from will call to delivery, or transfer tix. I'm out the money. Crappy system

Any suggestions?

Welcome to the world of roll call. You are indeed out the money which is complete BS. I will no longer buy tix through roll call unless I'm 110% sure I can make it. Huge flaw in the system.

I have heard that some folks have succeeded in getting will call tix transferred to another person, after jumping through some hoops.  I would try contacting WU customer service.  You can also try to have someone who can go to the NY show appear at the will call window with a letter authorizing transfer, a photocopy of your photo ID and the credit card used for purchase (be sure to black out all but the last 4 digits of the card #).  Some venues will accept that.  Sometimes...

The ticket order receipt on your account dashboard should have a sku number that is actually the event date, so you can tell what show it represents.  For example, I purchased a ticket to Jim's show in Omaha, NE on Nov. 30. The sku # is JJ-TIK-113016.
