Roll Call Download Code

I'm trying to find where my Roll Call download codes are located in my Roll Call Dashboard?  I have an email with one from this year, but I remember seeing last years code (which I did not redeem but I know said expires 12/31/16) on my dashboard.  Can anyone help me out?

If you login and go to your account dashboard, they should be listed toward the bottom under "External Codes".  If you don't see them, you will to email Wonderful Union. Here is what they told me earlier this year when 2 of my codes disappeared from my dashboard "Technically the codes do not expire, but if they are more than a year old, they are deleted from your account dashboard when the new codes are sent out to avoid confusion."

hmm, I like the "Technically the codes do not expire" part as they haven't added any new shows in quite some time and a lot of us have codes that expire at the end of the year.  I wonder if the person that replied to you was knowledgeable enough to make this statement?

Well, she did email me all of my old codes I'd been hoarding. But you never know with those guys....the rules may have changed yesterday for all I know.

I love how Wonderful Union thinks it's less confusing to delete them from your dashboard (without warning), to avoid confusion.  :lipsrsealed:

I renewed my Roll Call in July 2016, but I haven't received the live show download code or the holiday 7". UnWonderful Union's response:

"We have not received the End of the year bonus items to begin fulfilling orders. Upon receipt of the merchandise your order will be shipped...

If the code is available it will be included with your end of the year vinyl."

This is the 4th or 5th order -- I've lost count -- that WU has screwed up and I've had to contact them about. Now they're passing the blame onto MMJ. Is there anybody else I can speak to in the organization? It never used to be like this.

MMJ sent out an email to Roll Call subscribers on 3/2/17 saying that the 7" will be mailed soon. This is the full text of the email from rollcall@mymorningjacket.com :

If you are receiving this message, it's because you purchased a Roll Call Deluxe Membership Package in 2016. We hope you've enjoyed the perks of membership and wanted to give you an update about the exclusive 7" vinyl included with your Deluxe package.

Alright thanks. At this point I'd be happy just to get the download code. Did you call them?

I used the chat option, but I imagine you could call instead. I like using chat because you can receive an email copy of the conversation, so you have proof of what they promise you.
