Please help a person with zero computer skills?   I downloaded but it's a .rar file and I'm getting a message that I don't have an application to open it?   I have a macbook & iTunes - I usually can open MP3 downloads.     :-?

.rar files are basically the same thing as zip files.  winrar is a free extraction program like winzip.   try this, though I'm not sure if it's free:

you should be able to find something that extracts it.
