I have the DVD files for this, to burn a video DVD.  Its 1.84 GB, kinda large, but I'll try to get it on megaupload and report back.  I think the resolution is good, and I have to tweak my LCD flatscreen settings to get the widescreen picture, but it sounds great and looks okay.

Here is the audio and video. The video is 350mb avi. It looks good on my 42 inch LCD being played through the PS3, to give you an idea on the quality.
