thanks George! I was at that 4-23-03 Nashville show, that's the one where the guy tells Jim how stupid he looks and Jim stops in the middle of IWBTWYD. Can't wait to see this again, it's the show that hook, lined, and sinkered me into the fold.

Got it. It's at the 1:20:14 mark when the guy starts talking and Jim eventually stops and they have some words.  At the end he gives a rant about people talking during their set.

Why don't we set up a common gmail account and upload them to the account. It's basically unlimited space and those that want the videos can PM you for the password or something.

that's a good idea. i know i used to have a program for my pc at work that gave gmail a drive in "my computer" but is there anything like this for the mac?

Can anyone help me with the new Conan vids?  I get sound but no video with quicktime and video but no sound with VLC.   :-?

VLC on my mac works well. Are you on a PC? my mediaPC is windows though and has problems with VLC not always detecting the audio. Try switching to stereo in the audio menu at the top

I'm on a PC

The audio menu in VLC only gives me a "disable" and "track 1" option.  There are more audio options in preferences, and I've messed with those but nothing seems to work.

Quicktime tells me I need the xVid codec, but the only codec available apparently only works for macs.

Thanks for the ISM EPK but it didn't play for me all the way I guess my WMP doesn't have the right codecs? of something.
