Audio RIP software

Hi folks.  Looking for (freeware hopefully) the software that you're using to rip audio from live concert videos.  Also wondering what you use to then take those audio rips (typically one long file) and splitting them into individual tracks.

I use WavePad for ripping audio, but as I found out with the recent Mexico show, I was limited to about 52 minutes of stream for ripping the audio, so I wasn't able to rip the whole how (luckily I found cgreen's upload of it).

Appreciate all the good advice.
