Those soundcheck sessions were some of the coolest things (by any band) I've been at in all my years of going to shows! 
The "Under the Overpass" one at Forecastle in 2012  tops the list for me but the several others I was fortunate enough to score a ticket to were fantastic and tons of fun too.
