Red Rocks OBF Lottery ticket question

I got the email saying I got the lottery tickets (email from Ticketmaster Request) for the Red Rocks shows but have not received a second email with the tickets nor are the tickets in my AXS app.  Is this the case for everyone and I just need to be patient? 

It's odd because the tickets for the other venues showed up in my app and the second email with the tickets arrived right away.  These are Ticketmaster venues and the original email also said from Ticketmaster Request.

I reached out to them and they said we would receive them approximately 2 weeks before the show.

Thanks for the feedback Cameron and Derek.  I trust we'll get the tickets, but it's strange that it takes five months for that to happen.

Yeah, not optimal as I have a bit of an obsessive compulsive personality and loose ends bug me!
