Family Pass Presale Tickets Not Delivered

I landed two tix (PIT, row AAA) to the show at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta on 11/1 through the Family Pass presale via Ticketmaster on March 4th. Credit card charged on March 7th. I never received the separate email though from TM with an actual link to the tix. Three calls to TM have been very unsuccessful and no one can find these tickets, a record of them, or track them via the receipt number included in the original email.

Has anyone else had a similar issue with these presale tix? I'm getting pretty desperate, and starting to lose hope that I'm going to miss this show where I think I had the best tickets ever. Any advice appreciated.

They just delivered red rocks yesterday for the shows in August. Plenty of time. As long as you have the confirmation you're good.

Thanks Cameron. Hard tickets in the mail, or electronic via email?

Electronic. Iirc Fox isn't a TM venue (like RR) so that's why there's a delay.

So I got this resolved today by calling the Fox directly. They had the tix and delivered them electronically this evening. Stress level now zero; excitement level 10
