Trying to share better

Sorry about postin this here but I figured you guys might help. Whenever I use the Shadow BT client I always have a yellow light, never green.....I have forwarded ports 6881-6889 at 127.0.0.1 through both my XP firewall and my Router....Still I get the yellow light and it never seems people are able to upload fast from me....it sucks I want to give back, what gives???? I am not behind a proxy server, or on a college campus or anything like that. Please help!
