thats actually a sculpture that the boys made out in one of the barns on the farm.  they used mostly cow dung and dead crows that johnny's little brother had shot.  the sculpture itself is made of the poo while the paints used to color it were made of the dead crows.  bet you didnt know you can get the whole color spectrum out of crows blood.  they may have crushed up some caterpillars for various uses as well since they are so abundant out on the farm.
