Yep, they opened Lebowski Fest with that song and came out dressed like characters from the film:

Jim- The Dude (w/ shades and bathrobe, drinking a carton of half and half)
Tommy- Jesus Quintana (purple jumpsuit)
Patrick- Walter (fishing vest and all)
Bo- One of the German nihlists (black bike helmet)
Carl- Another version of The Dude from the "Gutterballs" scene (yellow jumpsuit)

Dudes!  The Dude IS dressed like Karl Hungus in the dream sequence/Gutterballs scene.  So it's impossible to tell which character Carl was. ;D

Carl's orange cable guy jumpsuit reads "KARL" on the left chest.  Look at the picture on the website.  So unless the dude's jumpsuit in the "Gutterballs" dream sequence says Karl also, we can safely conclude that Carl was Karl at the Lebowski Fest
