Pre-Order Shipping Cost Update

here's an update concerning the pre-order:

'We know some of you noticed the shipping rate increase for the pre-order of "Z". Yesterday, our partner, Musictoday, changed their shipping system, calculating now based on weight and distance. This actually gets a more accurate shipping rate, but in some cases, such as with express shipping for a single CD, the rates did increase. Because this pre-order was already in action, we have worked something out with them to offer a $6 refund to your order if you ordered express shipping after the switchover yesterday. The refund will happen after the ship date and will automatically be put on your card. We appreciate your support.'
