I just got the EP and was curious who is speaking on 'It's been a great 3 or 4 years'? Is that Johnny Quaid? Anyone know when this may have been recorded? Thanks in advance.

It is Johnny Quaid and it's prolly from the time Jim was recording Chocolate and Ice since he refers to get the recordings done and Jim did Chocolate and Ice himself.
