well, it's bold because in the USA, admitting to such would be technically breaking the law. for example, if you said you needed some morphine without a prescription and I told you I could give it to you, that would not be legal. i understand that you bought the album and should have the ownership rights to the music recorded herein. it's just a little complicated right now until big companies sort it all out.
the moderator of this forum has mentioned that e-mail to the band gets read thoroughly. maybe if you e-mail the band and ask for a cd that works, you'll get one. also, the UK and Japan editions don't seem to have these problems so you can try that.
but i feel your pain, girl! it's sucky.
