Need help with some lyrics

1) I couldn't find the lyrics to Lil Billy. Either it was a thread that got deleted or I'm not looking hard enough.  Eisey, do you have the lyrics saved, or anyone else want to take a stab at them?

2) I'm also looking for the lyrics to Chills.  The lyrics are printed in the CD notes for At Dawn even if you didn't get the bonus disc.  My case is in a box somewhere in my attic probably.  Could someone type them out for me?

3)  I'm trying to figure out the lyrics for When Will They Come.  Here's what I've got, tell me if you hear something different. Thanks!
