If you subscribe on the Honest Tune website (www.honesttune.com) you are given the option to begin your subscription with the Current Issue. The MMJ cover story is the current issue, so, yes, you will get this issue if you do that.  

The magazine is also available at Barnes & Noble, Borders, Books-A-Million and other chains (though not every store carries it) and should be on shelves by next week.

When you go to subscribe it asks you if you want to begin with the current issue or next issue, so I'm thinking that you'd get it if you choose 'current.' :)
