Creating Okonokos, Deluxe Edition CD

Has anyone tried ripping the audio from the Acoustic Chorale DVD and adding the 4 extra tracks (Bermuda, Sooner, Where To Begin, Strangulation) to the Okonokos CD to create a "Super Okonokos"?

I apologize if this has been discussed before, I tried searching, but it limits results to 25.

I'm thinking of putting Strangulation at the end of Disc 1, since it feels like an ending song because of its position on At Dawn and also since I don't like how Lay Low ends Disc 1 anyway.

I'm thinking Bermuda, Sooner and Where To Begin can all go around At Dawn on Disc 2, since that's how they are laid out on the Acoustic Chorale DVD.  So, it would go Run Thru -> Bermuda Highway -> At Dawn -> Sooner -> Where To Begin -> Xmas Curtain

Seems like a fun project, I was just wondering if anyone else has attempted it.
