PWW vs Honest Man is MMJ most overrated song vs their most underrated song, imo.

Do you really think it's overrated? I think it deserves all the credit it gets. The studio version is excellent & the live version is untouchable! (Headliners Music Hall 2003/09/26 being my fav)

As far as rating MMJ songs goes I think it is WAY overrated.  I'm not trying to hate on the song or anything, but it's literally the same three chords and one verse of lyrics over and over again for like 8 minutes. They do a great job of making it sound fresh and the build-up at the end almost always makes it sound worth it.  And I'm familiar with the headliner's version, I was at that show, it was a great version of that song but it's just not their best song, imo.

The studio version of Honest Man doesn't do that song justice and it doesn't really work with the rest of At Dawn.  That, combined with the fact that they don't play Honest Man a lot, I think contributes to it being WAY underrated.  Honest Man has two verses, a dual guitar solo a la Tyrone, great lyrics, and Jim's vocals are on full display.  PWW has nothing on it.
