Run[ning] Thru

Run Thru is one of my all-time favorites.  This song gets me jacked up every time, and I think it makes for a great running song too.

I am making a playlist of good running songs, as my chubby keister needs to get back out there and run.  Extensively.

My point here is I want the most high energy Run Thru to put on the playlist.  Please send your ideas/opinions.  Usually the longer the better when I hear this song live, but for this purpose I prefer it doesn't go too far off into space in the middle.

I would put the theme song from Rocky on that running playlist. That always gets me going. One Big Holiday would also be another boog MMJ song to run to.

I can't tell if it was because it was one of the final songs after three solid hours of having my ass handed to me, or if it was because it was indeed the most intense I'd ever seen them play it, but I'm almost damn certain it was some combination of the two...

I run about 4 miles a day, and have a list of songs that I like to run to.
