Chocolate and Ice...w/ C.C. Deville?

Ok, so this one has bugged me for years, lets see if you all have some insight:

On the inside-back cover of the Chocolate and Ice ep C.C. Deville is listed as one of the band members.  Is this a joke by the band?  Is it true that he "graced" this recording?  

Does anyone have any knowledge of this?  Those of you who own this cd- check it out!

I had the same question.  And on a fine road trip to Nashville for a show, I was informed by aMillionDreams that it stands for Cadillac Coupe deVille...as in "Above The Cadillac Studios."
