Live Audio Recording

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but does MMJ allow live audio recording at their shows?

Also, has anyone been to the shows Jim is playing with Bright Eyes/M. Ward?  If so, are they allowing audio recording?

been to the JJ/Bright Eyes/M Ward shows but I don't remember seeing any tapers--maybe related to Bright Eyes policy(?)
