Will this show be cancelled? If so will it be rescheduled?  I don't want this damned hurricane to ruin my one chance to see MMJ.  I have waited too long,,,

the guys like playin in wild weather (as exemplified by the Bonnaroo set) so there is a good probability that the show will go on  ;) (unless you're in the middle of category 5 winds...)

You've gotta be outta your mind.  The show will 99.99999% be cancelled.  School's cancelled at UNO, the city's already evacuating, and tomorrow evening (Tuesday) it becomes mandatory.  No way is MMJ playing Wed nite.  Don't get me wrong, I've been ready for this show for months, after having driven to Birmingham, Nashville and Atlanta to see them, but I'm willing to sacrifice missing them this time.  And it doesn't hurt that I'm going to Austin City Limits and will see them there, either...

Yeah, sorry bout jumping like that, it just baffled me that you said the show would go on.  Two years ago, for Hurricane Isador, ...And You Will Know Them By the Trail of Dead was supposed to play with Queens of the Stone Age @ HOB, and they had to cancel.  QOTSA came back, TOD did not.  So here's hoping MMJ actually comes back.

QOTSA, AYWKTBTTOD, HOB... Jeez. that's a lot of letters for one city.  Maybe it's a good thing NO didn't have to host all of them in one evening. (not to make light of hurricanes, of course.)
