I know it's not confirmed on this site yet, but let me say that I am fucking excited! Sloss is an awesome venue. I got to film Tenacious D there and a friend and I also just walked right in to the Counting Crows as they were doing a soundcheck. No one bothered to ask us for our tickets, which we had with us.

Anyway, I'm pumped. PUMPED, I say. Now I have to find someone from my town to ride with me. Maybe I'll keep my fingers crossed for a Nashville date as well.

Okay, holy shit dude, that's when we were planning on being there probably...  I think the band is following me.  ;)

But, here's the thing - tickets are supposed to go on sale TOMORROW!?  But if we wait for confirmation here, they might be sold out?

What're we supposed to do?  :(

It's a pretty big place. I don't know exactly how many people it will hold, but it's LOTS more than Exit/In. It's "outdoors" but it's covered. Does that make sense?

I think I talked Sauce into going today. She's not a fan of small clubs, but I explained the place to her and she said that she would be up for it. We probably can't order our tickets for a few weeks though... so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't sell out.
If Counting Crows didn't sell it out (I don't *think* they did), I doubt that MMJ would sell it out.
You never know...

That would be awesome if that's when you were planning on being here. BHam is about 2 hours south of us.
