It looks like I'm the first to break the news, but I'm new here so I could be wrong.

I was just looking for some more MMJ shows, and I found the FTP thread in this forum.  Before posting though, I thought I'd check the etree archive to see if they had anything.  To my dismay, there was no MMJ listed, so I thought I would check to see their status on the archive.  Turns out that they just posted the bands approval to upload live recording on 27 July.  http://www.archive.org/audio/etree-band-details.php?band=My%20Morning%20Jacket

It's only 3:00 AM on 28 July now, so this is hot of the press.  Now...would people be so kind as to start uploading any and all MMJ shows they have in .shn or .flac format onto the archive?  That way everyone can share their amazing music.  Many thanks.

yo, drop me an email and you can get access to the FTP server.  there are a few bit torrents there that they might not have.

We need to get Jim James solo added up there as well. Anyone able to do this? I'm going to give it a whirl, but if someone with a bit more knowledge and connections can do it go for it.

I'd really like to add my Jim solo show from Twist and Shout Records.

The Birmingham show from Workplay is up on the archive, but you can't download songs individualy. I downloaded the entire show at once and now I can't figure out how to put in on disc. I have Flac Frontend, but that's not working. I tried to unzip it as well with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

It should have downloaded in a zip file.  Open the zip file and extract all the files to whatever folder you'd like.  Make sure you do an extract all--don't just let them pop open in Windows XP--you must extract them first.

Open up Flac front end.  Drag and drop the files you extracted in to Flac front end, then hit decode.  You now have all the files in .wav format so that you can burn them to disc.

Hope that helps. If you still have problems, let me know.
