photography nerd question.

do you usually work digitally, or do you ever use film and scan it into a computer using a negative scanner?  also, do you alter/enhance your photos once you get them on a screen? i'm really loving the quality of your photos, and i find the nikons i've worked with can be a little questionable at times. but this could also be the operator's fault, harhar.

I work with digital mostly these days, mostly due to the economics of it. i use film along with my digital in some low-light situations, as i hate the noise some digital cameras create. in the cases where i do scan from negatives, i scan at a very high resolution (2400 dpi). negative scans can look great, but you've gotta make 'em huge to look good.

as far as enhancing my photos, i use this corrective feature in photoshop called "autolevels". it isn''t a fix-all, but it can make some really blah photos look a helluva lot less blah.

thanks for the nice words. hope this helps
