My wife and I are planning on going both days.  We both really like Ben Folds a lot also, so this festival is shaping up nicely for us!

I was wondering about CYHSY as well, But i believe Built to Spill is playing in Nashville the same weekend as the festival.

yeah i just found tour dates, theyre at city hall on sunday the 23rd.  i dont see dates for friday or saturday, so maybe they'll be there...

Has anyone ever attended this festival before?  I was wondering if it will sell out quickly or at all and also whether it is a bring your own chair for the lawn kind of festival or a standing only kind of festival.  Any input will be appreciated.

i brought up and setup the DJ side-stage and PA system on the main stage one year.. it was somewhat crowded but I didn't really stay for the meat of the festival as it was the year that Nappy Roots was playing. even if it is vanderbilt (which is known as a calmer school) be prepared to see some wild shit (copulation in bushes, etc)

Yep.  I'm going to do some business-y/visit-y things for a few days and then we're gonna head up to see kids have sex in bushes.  AWESOME!  ;)  

I guess tickets go on sale on Wednesday, eh?  And Grimey's is selling thim as well as tickethellbastardsuckassmaster...
