I thought the same thing, such a shame that Bo isn't in the picture. The photo captures MMJ for me; the look of dedication on Tommy's face, the joy on Carl's...it doesn't matter that you can't see Jim or Patrick, you know they're giving it 200% & changing people's live's whilst they're at it.
