I am really starting to absorb the whole Bonnaroo show and this stretch of covers is unfrigginbelievable!  I have listened to this threesome about 8 times now and it's still getting better.

I am wondering if any of you whiz kids still trade (or ever traded) via the US Postal Service?   I am dying to get the Bonnaroo show that B.H. described here!   I *might* be able to get a friend to burn it for me off a torrent (or whatever it's called), but it usually takes an Act of Congress to get him to burn me stuff.  As paraphrase Bill Cox in 'Sling Blade', "I can't get Scooter to do a damn thing...Carl, you're liable to put Scooter out of a job!"
Anyway, I have some older shows that I could burn for someone were they able to burn and mail the show to me (if Sitter won't do it, or can't...)
There may be another thread started, I haven't looked, but have any of you seen the new Gram Parsons DVD called Fallen Angel.  It's what the Gram fans have been waiting for, I highly recommend it.  So I've been on a big Gram kick.  On the 30 year anniversary of his death, I put together a 'best of' (67 songs), 3-disc set spanning his career that I traded on a music list back in Sept of '03.   So I could trade you that!   Anyway, I am glad to hear that MMJ is alive and well.  That Letterman appearance was unbelievable.  While I'm here, did anyone tape or hear about tapes from the Boston Pops thing that they did last week?
That version of Gideon on Letterman was off the charts!

Have fun,
