Lollapalooza 8/4/06

Anyone here plan on attending? Or even has extra tickets?

Ticket or no ticket, I will be there. I live about 35 minutes
out from the city. I'll be heading out right after work on Friday
but will be solo.

I was thinking about taking the wife and kids out, and just
hanging out outside Grant Park for their set. But they would
probably just hate me for it. ( although my daughter loves Jim's voice ) and she's only 5.

Anyhow, I just figured it would suck going solo for my first
time seeing the guy's live.

I'm going. I don't have any extra tickets though. My friend and I are driving up from Austin, TX, and we're gonna go through Louisville on the way home. I don't know if there's really a lot to see there, but it's on the way, so I figured I shouldn't pass it up.

im going and got my ticket second hand cheap. there are tons of tickets on the lolla forum for sale from folks who cant make it and are selling them reduced price....since the fest is not sold out.

crap! i wish i had a way to get there and get off of work!  those tickets are pretty reasonable.  oh well, i'm stuck here in the middle of nowhere watching the show from my computer
