i second that motion of awesomness
I'm digging, digging deep in myself, but who needs a shovel when you have a little boy like mine.

I for one am stoked about the show at the Gardens. Sure, it's a dump, or at least used to be. I haven't been there in 10 years due to them refusing to book rock shows. Looks like they changed their mind. I'm 36, and have seen at least 200 shows in this building. I practically grew up in the Gardens. I've had so many good memories in that 7,000 seat shithole, that I can't even possibly remember them all. This is going to be a killer show. I hope the hanging garden set follows them as well.

Thank God the Gardens is back.

I am thinking really hard about making the loooooooooong trip from South Louisiana up to Louisville. From everything I hear it is a great town. I had to back out of a trip up to see Panic@the Palace last year and I am. still kicking myself. Any tips/advise on a trip to Louisville. (Hotels>Food>Sightseeing)

I'd stay at The Brown Hotel. It's in walking distance of the Gardens and it is Very nice. A bit pricey, but you can get a MMJ discount. As far as food and things to do, they are innumerable. Whatever you're looking for, you can find it. Plus, the people can't be beat.
