Bonnaroo 2005 was absolutely massive, so that may have been their biggest crowd. I remember looking back and just being awestruck.

i'd say the smallest place they ever performed had to be twice told coffee, getting 20 people in that place was uncomfortable, when it still existed.  The worldfest show I went to only had 25 people in attendance. i remember counting them because I knew I'd never see that few people at one of their gigs again.

i'd say bonaroo is the biggest venue / audience.

I'd bet on Bonnaroo as well--all ya gotta do is look at the crowd shots--holy shit!
