Hello everyone.  I am a long time reader of this forum but first time poster.  For the past month I've been sponsored by Red Truck Wine to drive cross country with two other artists and document our experiences for their website.  As a huge MMJ fan I convinced the rest of my crew to make sure Red Rocks was part of our travel itinerary.

I managed to score a photo pass for our photographer as well as line up a short chat with Patrick and Carl before their set.  I was pretty nervous meeting the guys but they were awesome.  They were so excited to be playing Red Rocks and open for Dylan.  I tried to get some info about what the new album was going to sound like and Patrick jokingly said it sounded exactly like The Cars and Rick Okasick was their new lead singer.  Anyways, the guys were great and their set was awesome.

If anyone is interested check out www.redtruckeast.wordpress.com.  This is our travel blog we've been doing for the trip and there are some cool pics of the set, and a short write up about the meeting.  Also, click on Bill's posts for my videos I've been producing along the way.  In the most recent video I use some tunes off the Tennessee Fire.  Any feedback on our blog would be great.

I'm digging, digging deep in myself, but who needs a shovel when you have a little boy like mine.
